Arunai Engineering College - Thiruvannamalai

This neo-classical building is 'Y' shaped more of radial concept where all the functions radiate from the central lobby. The building is set on an elevated platform. A flight of steps takes takes you to the lobby. The two storey high classical columns topped by a large pediment further accentuate the monumentality of the building. The architectural features include moldings that skirt the plinth and the cornices that run on the parapet. Smaller pediments again make the entry.
